As guests approach, they pass through a weathered steel portal gateway, marking their entry into a captivating environment. Adjacent to the house, ample outdoor entertainment spaces include an upper-level dining terrace, a lower-level pool deck, and a casita.

To the rear of the house, a combination of sculpture, metalwork, and decorative rock has been thoughtfully arranged to create a serene viewing garden. A partially covered wooden deck allows visitors to immerse themselves in nature year-round.
