The Windward

Three mixed-use buildings give form to a large urban courtyard and two public retail alleys that are part of this prominent development in the heart of downtown Lake Oswego. The courtyard is visually engaging from the housing units above and provides an array of amenities for tenants including outdoor grills, a putting green, bocce ball court, fire pits and a cascading water feature.
