The Springs Vancouver

The Springs Senior Living facility blends form, function, and environment that enhances the lives of its residents while respecting the site’s natural and urban context. The design includes a pedestrian walkway that extends through the property, forming a vital link to the adjacent waterfront park. This pathway integrates a series of windbreak benches, offering comfort and protection from the prevailing winds. At the entry, visitors are greeted by a fractured water feature as a dynamic, visual focal point.  The ninth-floor amenity space takes full advantage of its elevation and views of the Columbia River. This multifunctional rooftop includes a putting green, vegetable gardens and a collection of seating areas punctuated by grills and fire tables. These spaces invite social interaction, promote wellness, and celebrate the outdoors.
