PSU Recreation Center

Blending seamlessly with the adjacent Urban Center Plaza, the PSU Academic & Student Recreation Center is a vibrant hub of activity at this gateway to PSU’s downtown campus. Lango Hansen completed the new building’s ground-level pedestrian improvements, including the south side of the Urban Center Plaza and a fifth-floor roof terrace. The roof terrace garden incorporates outdoor space for social events and student and faculty gatherings. It features an extensive planting area, integrated bench seating along raised planters, and a thoughtfully designed layout that encourages interaction and relaxation, enhancing the campus experience for all.
