The Modera Akoya apartments create a gateway from the west hills into downtown Portland. The 12-story residential tower offers panoramic views of the surrounding hillside, Portland’s Pearl District, and the downtown skyline. With this distinct opportunity, an expansive roof terrace was designed to maximize these vistas, featuring a large pool, spa, dining terrace, garden plantings, an outdoor fitness studio, and cozy fire pits.
