Central Catholic

A new addition at Central Catholic High School provided an opportunity to reimagine an existing open space. The design took advantage of a grade change between the new building and existing courtyard to create a series of stadium seating with planting pockets, for lunch time gathering, outdoor classrooms and after school events. Several other outdoor spaces were renovated including an entry plaza capable of supporting large events and a smaller pocket garden with contemplative seating and a stormwater garden.
