CCC Yamhill Valley Campus

Chemeketa Community College Yamhill Valley Campus is the first phase development for the college’s latest satellite campus in McMinnville. A new academic building and associated landscape, developed around an existing stand of mature native Oregon oak trees, convert what was a strip mall parking lot along the freeway into an exciting new campus experience. Landscape improvements include a stone seating circle for outdoor classrooms and events and outdoor dining area, all surrounded by a diverse planting palette composed of native and oak compatible planting.
