Beech Street Apartments

Beech Street Apartments was created as a drug treatment center with transitional housing for single women and their families through a partnership between Lifeworks Northwest and Home Forward. A shared community room connects both housing and treatment wings. Courtyards on either side of the community room serve both treatment and housing populations with an emphasis on gathering and play. Green roofs and stormwater planters are additional sustainable features of this LEED platinum facility.
