Stormwater gardens wind along pathways and front yards to create a new model of sustainable development and neighborhood livability. Throughout this half-mile long project, low stone walls form vegetated spillways and basins that provide a threshold for motorists and pedestrians. In the 100-foot right of way, the stormwater gardens capture and treat all runoff and create a seamless transition with adjacent homeowners’ existing plantings.
