This seven-story apartment complex employs sustainable strategies that are also focal points of roof terraces on two levels, including ecoroofs, stormwater planters and a living wall. A fern garden and ecoroof on the lower terrace drapes over the side of the building and merges with a living wall on the building’s vertical face. The upper level roof terrace features a barbecue and lounge area with fire table, surrounded with raised metal planters filled with culinary perennials.
