Inn the Ground is a new bed and breakfast inn built on top of – and within – a hillside with sweeping views of the Yamhill Valley and the Cascade Mountains. The building and the landscape embody a philosophy and connection to the land, with its foundations deeply rooted in sustainability, stewardship, and regenerative agriculture. Nestled on a picturesque hillside above a working farm, Inn the Ground offers a firsthand encounter with the land as nature intended. The site design, from the entry sequence, parking court, outdoor terraces, and trails, integrates the bed and breakfast with the natural environment, creating a harmonious experience that resonates with every visitor.
