Modera Akoya

The Modera Akoya apartments create a gateway from the west hills into downtown Portland. The 12-story residential tower provides prominent views of the surrounding hillside, Portland’s Pearl District and downtown. With this distinct opportunity, an expansive roof terrace was designed to take advantage of the views and includes a large pool, spa, dining terrace, garden plantings, an outdoor fitness studio and fire pits. The centerpiece of the outdoor space is a custom criss-cross fire pit that allows for group or individual gatherings within pockets of the fire table.
