Saltwood South

Saltwood South is a mixed-use development with a central courtyard and roof terrace in northwest Portland. The courtyard was designed to provide a variety of spaces including private unit terraces, an outdoor yoga studio and a central gathering space with lush plantings and fire pits. Central to the courtyard is a 20-foot tall steel cone that has been sliced to reveal ferns draping down one side. Wisps of fog trail out of the cone periodically throughout the day and evening hours.
